Appeal Decision - Appeal against the Scottish Ministers decision to approve the Clydeplan SDP (July 2017)
An appeal (XA91/17), under Section 238 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, was lodged with the Court of Session on 3rd November 2017 by Gladman Developments Limited against the Scottish Ministers decision to approve the Clydeplan SDP (July 2017).
