Clydeplan SDP (July 2017) - Appeal Against the Scottish Ministers
An appeal, under Section 238 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, has been lodged with the Court of Session by Gladman Developments Limited against the Scottish Ministers decision to approve the Clydeplan SDP (July 2017).
The Appeal will be heard at the Court of Session on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th February 2018.
