GCV Structure Plan

The Scottish Ministers issued their Final Modifications to the Joint Structure Plan on 25 April 2008, with the Plan becoming operational from 29th April 2008.
 
A revised version of the Glasgow and the Clyde Valley Joint Structure Plan 2006 Written Statement is now available to download:
 
 
The Glasgow and the Clyde Valley Joint Structure Plan 2006 Written Statement incorporates the First, Second and Third Alterations to the 2000 Plan together with unchanged policies and proposals from the 2000 Plan. The opportunity was taken at that time to update references and to clarify wording of text or policy where appropriate.
 
An Alteration (Fourth) to the Joint Structure Plan 2006 (Third Alteration) was approved by Scottish Ministers on 20th March 2009, becoming operational from the 22nd March 2009. This Alteration (2008) set out the Strategic Planning Role in respect of Commercial Centre Retail Locations.
